Introduction
I create learner-centered training experiences that make complex information clear, practical, and engaging. As a Senior Instructional Designer, I’ve designed in-person programs, blended learning, and multimedia eLearning across several industries—including one of the largest restaurant groups in the U.S., a global law firm, a university learning environment, and a pharmaceutical organization. This range has shaped my ability to design for diverse audiences, learning contexts, and performance outcomes.
My work integrates instructional design, adult learning theory, and thoughtful use of technology to build experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with measurable goals. I’ve developed everything from operational training and leadership development programs to higher-education course content, compliance eLearning, and interactive modules that support real-world skill development.
With experience across sectors that each define learning differently, I think deeply about how organizations—corporate or academic—can evolve the way learning is designed, delivered, and experienced. I’m especially interested in using modern instructional practices, multimedia, and change-focused design to make learning more engaging, more equitable, and more human.
